“Where you go, I’ll go. Where you stay, I’ll stay…”

Ruth 1:16

Jesus Lover. Mama. Photographer.

When I’m not connecting with couples around the world, I’m being a momma to my son Kenzo, a track athlete, or volunteering within the community. God has truly blessed me with the best opportunities to be able to share His love.

Now let’s talk FOOD. I am the biggest foodie. Though I could eat pretty much anything, I have a special place in my heart for bao buns creations and sushi. Whenever I’m visiting a new place, you better believe I’m hopping on Yelp to find the best local eats.

I also love to TRAVEL. I’ve been to 20 countries and counting. My favorite place I’ve been to so far is a three-way tie between Prague, Ireland, and Iceland. My passport is always ready for a new stamp.

I had a beautiful bride once ask me why I love being a photographer and to be honest I had never been asked this so I hadn’t truly thought about it. I love being a photographer because I understand the amazing responsibility I have to not only take beautiful photos, freezing moments and details, but enhancing those moments through who I am as person and disciple of Christ. Be joy, give joy. To know I get the opportunity to serve and bring joy into every situation I may face on a wedding day or at a session is so rewarding. I’ve learned I am only responsible for my response, so choosing to respond with humility, grace, gentleness and kindness, and all the other traits that come with my fun personality really helps to brighten others day (or so I’ve been told). I literally live for it.

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control...”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭5:22-23‬

FAQ

How long have you been a photographer?

I’ve always had a passion for photography. Though I’ve been taking photos as an amateur since I was 12 years old (my polaroid was bigger than my hands), I have over 5 years of professional experience. I also shoot on film and have a heart for vintage film cameras. Still searching for the perfect Nikon F3 (if you find one let me know!)

We want to shoot our engagements in another state, will you travel?

Yes,yes, and YES! Getting married in NC but dreaming of an engagement session at Yosemite? Let’s do it! Travel fees apply.

Can you explain the booking process?

A phone consolation is required to ensure we are a great match for your wedding day! After our chat, a contract and invoice for 50% retainer will be sent over. Once both documents are completed, your date is secure!
